Harriet is an accomplished executive with over twenty-five years of global operating experience and a Director of public companies since 2001. Harriet heads up Information Technology for the New York Private Bank & Trust/Emigrant Savings Bank. She also provides strategic guidance and business development support for several portfolio businesses. Harriet is on the Board of Directors of Brinker International, Ariba, Inc., and LifeOnKey.
Harriet spent most of her career at Avon Products, Inc. She was named an Officer in 1987 and held senior leadership positions in Information Technology, Manufacturing and Distribution, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Her position from 2000 to 2008 was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Harriet is on the Board of Directors of Girls Scouts, U.S.A., the Police Athletic League of New York and is a Trustee of the New York Blood Center. She received a Bachelor's Degree from Bucknell University and her MBA from Fordham University.

She holds a PhD from the Weizmann Institute in Israel, in Applied Mathematics, and has worked in research for several years,

Mr. Farin has over 20 years of experience in management and business development in the Israel Local Authorities Data Processing Center, that are responsible for the computerization of the municipalities in Israel and all significant eGoverment initiatives. Mr. Farin holds a MBA and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and computer science, both from Tel Aviv University. |
